- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with UAE business setup regulations and market trends
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Represent company at networking events and industry expos

Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and walk ins.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend the most suitable setup solutions (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
- Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry through proposal, negotiation, and conversion.
- Prepare tailored proposals, cost breakdowns, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with internal processing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely delivery of services.
- Build and maintain long term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay up to date with UAE business setup regulations, free zone offerings, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions, pipeline status, and deal progress.
- Represent Ripple LLC at networking events, business forums, and industry expos when required.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
