Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Setup Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end company formation processes, advising clients on business setup options in the UAE, and leading the Business Setup Advisors team to achieve performance targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete business setup process for clients (Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore)
- Advise clients on company formation structures, licensing options & legal requirements in the UAE
- Manage and oversee the Business Setup Advisors team, ensuring high performance and target achievement
- Monitor team KPIs, provide training and support continuous development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay updated on UAE laws, regulations and market trends related to business setup
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business setup services in the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven experience in managing and leading a sales or advisory team
- Strong knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
