Role Overview
Manage and support clients throughout UAE company formation and post-incorporation processes.
Provide practical guidance on business setup options, licensing, immigration, corporate documentation, and government procedures.
Business Setup and Formation
- Advise on mainland, free zone, branch office, and other UAE business structures.
- Manage end-to-end incorporation and licensing processes.
- Handle trade name reservations, initial approvals, license applications, amendments, renewals, and government approvals.
- Coordinate with DED/DET, free zone authorities, the Ministry of Economy, and other government entities.
Corporate Documentation and Compliance
- Prepare, review, and coordinate MOA, AOA, shareholder agreements, resolutions, and related corporate documents.
- Ensure documents are notarized, attested, translated, and submitted where required.
- Maintain compliance with UAE commercial, licensing, immigration, and employment-related requirements.
- Monitor license renewals, corporate documents, and regulatory deadlines.
