Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Manage complete business setup process from consultation to incorporation
- Coordinate trade license applications, visa processing, permits, and regulatory approvals
- Liaise with UAE government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and review company formation documents, MOAs, service agreements
- Generate new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup Consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM software and client management systems
- UAE driving license is an added advantage

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Setup Advisor to assist Arabic speaking clients and international investors with company formation and business advisory services across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the most suitable business structure
- Manage the complete business setup process from initial consultation to company incorporation
- Coordinate trade license applications, visa processing, permits, and regulatory approvals
- Liaise with UAE government authorities, free zones, and regulatory bodies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure timely communication and regular updates
- Handle client inquiries and provide professional after sales support
- Maintain up to date knowledge of UAE business laws
- Prepare and review company formation documents
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Promote additional corporate services
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in UAE Business Setup Consultancy
- Strong knowledge of Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation procedures
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of UAE government procedures and regulatory frameworks
- Experience using CRM software and client management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Strong problem solving and relationship management skills
- UAE driving license will be an added advantage
