Role Overview
Lead a sales team, drive regional revenue growth, and expand the company’s UAE corporate-services footprint.
Sell and advise on company setup across Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore structures.

Team Leadership and Performance
- Lead, mentor, and motivate Business Setup Sales Agents to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Review pipelines, track conversion rates, and coach agents on consultative selling, objection handling, and complex deal structuring.
- Establish sales KPIs, pipeline standards, and performance evaluation frameworks.
Sales Strategy and Revenue
- Develop regional sales strategies for high-value B2B accounts, investors, and startup founders.
- Optimize inbound lead handling while encouraging self-generated acquisition and referral partner networks.
- Track UAE corporate laws, DED regulations, and Free Zone developments to support accurate guidance.
