Position Summary
The Finance Process Excellence Innovation Team is seeking a process excellence re-engineering specialist for its Finance Data Innovation office.
The role leads process diagnostics and re-engineering for prioritised Finance initiatives, supporting operational excellence, standardisation, and automation.
The successful candidate acts as an internal consultant across global and cross-functional teams and influences senior stakeholders.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead Finance process improvement projects from inception to completion, monitoring progress, risks, and milestone delivery.
- Apply business process management, process modelling, process mining, and task mining to identify improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation and execute value enablement roadmaps.
- Support hyper-automation projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Apply change management to support implementation and adoption.
Process Improvement Activities
- Develop process maps, workflows, documentation, and improvement plans for redesigned processes.
