Join SAP Customer Industry Solutions as a Business Process Principal Consultant focused on industry-specific AI transformation.
The role combines deep industry expertise with customer engagement, AI use-case definition, and collaboration with engineering and product teams.
What You Will Do
- Lead discovery workshops and FDE-style boot camps with business and IT stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize high-value Industry AI use cases with requirements, agent architecture, KPIs, and quantified value metrics.
- Drive use cases from discovery to deployment through prototyping, acceptance criteria, engineering partnership, and outcome validation.
- Deliver measurable customer value in production through rapid, iterative delivery.
- Build reusable industry-specific AI assets and accelerators from customer learnings.
What You Bring
- Bring 6+ years of industry experience in Manufacturing, Energy and Natural Resources, Consumer Products, or Professional Industries.
- Have hands-on experience defining agentic AI solutions with focus on data readiness, process fit, and measurable outcomes.
- Bring product definition and delivery experience or a proven record leading business transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate experience leading executive workshops and co-innovation engagements.
Core Capabilities
- Use strategic thinking and complex problem solving to identify high-impact AI opportunities.
- Translate AI opportunities into quantified business cases, KPIs, ROI timelines, and value measures.
- Understand SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business AI Platform, SAP Joule, Signavio, LeanIX, and clean-core, cloud-first architecture principles.
- Communicate clearly in written and spoken English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
Workplace and Schedule
- The posting includes a hybrid work indicator.
- Expected travel is 0-10%.
