Business Process Improvement Engineer

Hearth & Home Technologies is looking for a Business Process Improvement Engineer to join our manufacturing team.

In this role, you will serve as a change agent, partnering with operations, engineering, maintenance, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, solve complex problems, and drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and operational results
• Facilitate root cause problem solving and implement sustainable corrective actions
• Coach and develop leaders and team members on lean principles and continuous improvement tools
• Deliver training that strengthens organizational capabilities and supports business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes, workflows, and production systems
• Identify improvement opportunities independently and drive solutions from concept through implementation
• Lead improvement events and large-scale projects that deliver measurable business results
• Support and strengthen the Lean Management System and 5S culture
• Promote a safe, collaborative, and accountable work environment

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience leading continuous improvement, operational excellence, engineering, or manufacturing initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across all levels of an organization
