Business process excellence is vital for TMICC as it strives to remain competitive and agile in today’s evolving marketplace. This role focuses on capturing, modeling and maintaining business processes in SAP Signavio, ensuring compliance with BPMN 2.0 standards and global taxonomy. The BPE Analyst will assist in ERP migration activities, process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role for a professional eager to further develop expertise in BPM, process analytics and operational excellence under the mentorship of the Lead.
Capture, model and maintain business processes in SAP Signavio following BPMN 2.0 standards and company-wide taxonomy.
Work under the guidance of the BPE Lead to ensure all process documentation reflects global standards and incorporates localisation requirements.
Assist in building and updating the centralised process repository, ensuring accuracy and completeness of process models.
Support ERP system migration activities by documenting SOPs and Work Instructions aligned with system design and business requirements.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather process details and validate models for correctness and compliance.
Participate in Fit-Gap analysis and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) exercises to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to process discovery initiatives by collecting data and preparing inputs for process mining and analytics.
Ensure proper version control and governance of process documentation within SAP Signavio.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process optimisation based on observations.

Continuously develop skills in BPM, process analytics and continuous improvement methodologies under the mentorship of the Lead.

Experiences & Qualifications
University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting or business administration
Relevant platform (Signavio, Celonis, others) certification is a plus
Six Sigma Black Belt as plus
Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes in Global Business Services
Having 7+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the area of end-to-end process improvement and/or process standardization in Finance/HR/Procurement
Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex situations of a dynamic work environment.
Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
Virtual team management skill
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
