Role overview
The Lean Business / Process Analyst will analyze data, identify opportunities, and optimize processes across a distribution centre.
The role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and more efficient ways of working.
Workplace
- This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and conduct root cause analysis.
- Identify system improvements while considering budgets and business goals.
- Support business solution implementation and required processes.
- Oversee enterprise process and performance system effectiveness.
- Govern business tools, reports, and applications.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree.
