Role Overview

Workplace Arrangement

• This is a hybrid role for a candidate in the greater Vancouver, British Columbia area.
• The role is based at the Langley distribution centre four days per week and remote one day per week.

Responsibilities

• Maintain labour standards and workforce planning processes across the distribution centre.
• Perform motion and time studies to validate labour standards and identify productivity opportunities.
• Analyze labour performance, operational data, and workflow trends.
• Maintain and administer UKG Workforce Management, including labour standards, scheduling rules, and configurations.
• Support labour forecasting by reviewing operational volumes and labour requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and other teams to align workforce management processes with operational objectives.
• Assist with developing, testing, and implementing workforce planning and labour management solutions.
