Role Overview
The Lean Business Process Analyst will drive process improvements across a distribution centre by analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and optimizing business processes.
The role collaborates with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives and is based on-site at the Brampton distribution centre.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma principles, FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to find optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and other stakeholders.
- Perform root-cause and data analysis on performance metrics across services.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance, budgets, and business goals.
- Support implementation of business solutions and required practices and processes.
- Oversee enterprise business process and performance system effectiveness.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher university degree.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
- Two years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization.
