Role Overview
The Lean Business Process Analyst drives process improvements across Best Buy's Brampton distribution centre.
The role analyzes data, identifies opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives.
Workplace
- This is an onsite role at the Brampton distribution centre.
- The listed work location is 9200 Airport Road, Brampton, Ontario.
Process Improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use Lean Six Sigma principles, FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Perform root cause and data analysis on performance metrics.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance, budget, and business goals.
Implementation and Governance
- Support implementation of business solutions and related practices and processes.
- Oversee the effectiveness of enterprise business processes and performance systems.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
