Role Overview
Analyze data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities across the distribution centre.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
This is an on-site role at the Brampton distribution centre.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and model business processes.
- Use FMEA, process mapping, and value stream mapping to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Gather project requirements with the Lean team and stakeholders.
- Perform root cause and data analysis on service performance metrics.
- Identify system improvements that support business performance, budgetary concerns, and business goals.
- Support business solution implementation and required processes.
- Oversee enterprise business process and performance-system effectiveness.
- Govern existing business tools, reports, and applications.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor's degree or higher university degree is required.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent is considered an asset.
- At least 2 years of process improvement experience in a professional services organization is required.
