Supporting the development, integration, and maintenance of operational plans through structured analysis, coordination, and documentation to enable informed decision‑making by senior leadership.
Supporting annual and multi‑year operational planning by coordinating inputs across the S&T Mission and preparing draft plans, forecasts, and planning documentation for review and approval.

Coordinating and preparing monthly financial and performance reports, including variance analysis and explanatory briefing materials, to support S&T senior and executive leadership oversight.
Supporting funding distribution models by monitoring variance between actual data and predicted data to enable consistent reporting and forecasts.
Serving as a point of contact for reporting‑related inquiries by coordinating analysis, responding to issues, and supporting resolution through data‑driven insights and options.
Enabling evidence‑based decision‑making by providing analytical insights, scenario analysis, and structured options to inform leadership decisions.
Conducts scenario, sensitivity, and “what‑if” analyses to assess the impacts of changes in funding, priorities, capacity, or assumptions and support planning and prioritization discussions.
Supporting the maintenance of dashboards and leveraging analytical tools to monitor trends, assess performance, and support management decision‑making.
Synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into concise, decision‑ready materials that highlight key findings, implications, and risks for leadership review.
Supporting effective coordination, governance, and information flow across internal and external stakeholders to enable efficient planning and reporting processes.
