About the Role

Responsibilities
- Translate CEO/Executive priorities into a digital roadmap tied to SGS's Digital Airport strategy
- Define future state digital processes for ground handling operations
- Develop and manage vendor strategy, including selection and monitoring
- Manage budget and resourcing for digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee PMO framework including stage gates, risk management, and benefits tracking
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and system integrations
- Lead cross functional collaboration with operations, HR, finance, commercial, and tech services
- Lead change initiatives and drive adoption of digital tools
- Drive end to end execution of airport digital initiatives from inception to hyper care
- Manage outsourced delivery teams and ensure performance accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience in digital transformation and technology strategy
- Strong project management and vendor management skills
- Knowledge of ground handling operations and airport systems (Inform, EPG, SAP, etc.)
- MBA is a plus

Role Purpose
- Lead and execute the digital transformation agenda for Saudi Ground Services (SGS), directly tied to the company's digital airport strategy.
- Bridge executive priorities with on the ground operations by ensuring technology, processes, and people are aligned for measurable outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Translate CEO/Executive priorities into a digital roadmap.
- Define future state digital processes for ground handling.
- Set measurable outcomes on time delivery %, adoption %, SLA uplift, etc.
- Develop and manage vendor strategy.
- Manage budget and resourcing.
- Oversee PMO framework with stage gates, risk management, and benefits tracking.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and system integrations.
- Lead cross functional collaboration.
- Lead change initiatives and drive adoption.
- Drive end to end execution of airport digital initiatives.
- Manage integrations across Inform, EPG, SAP, DCS, WakeCap/IoT, etc.
- Build dashboards for turnaround, baggage, resource utilization, and billing accuracy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
