Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, customize, and optimize Zoho CRM, including workflows, automation, dashboards, reports, user management, and system configuration.
  • Manage CRM implementation, data migration, integration, and continuous system enhancements.
  • Manage and maintain large scale business databases while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Process, organize, categorize, and manage high volumes of business enquiries (400+ B2B and 400+ B2C per day), ensuring timely qualification, routing, tracking, and follow up.
  • Match enquiries with appropriate business opportunities, inventory, strategic partners, investors, service providers, or internal business requirements through structured processes and AI assisted workflows.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously update business inventories and opportunity databases to support efficient matching and operational execution.
  • Develop advanced Microsoft Excel dashboards, business intelligence reports, operational analytics, and management reporting.
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, business proposals, reports, and operational documentation.
  • Utilize AI technologies to automate repetitive tasks, improve productivity, support research, generate business documentation, and optimize business operations.
  • Manage software subscriptions, SaaS platforms, digital business applications, and technology resources.
  • Support campaign management, lead management, business development initiatives, and operational reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, AI adoption, and process optimization.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of hands on experience with Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in CRM implementation, customization, workflow automation, data migration, and system integration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity and business operations.
  • Experience managing large volumes of structured business data.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a highly structured approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.
  • High standards of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
