Operational Oversight
- Monitor daily operations of the assigned affiliate to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service quality
- Act as the primary point of contact between head office and affiliate teams
Coordination & Communication
- Maintain regular communication with affiliate teams to track progress and resolve issues
- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to support operations
Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
Process Management
- Ensure alignment of operations with company policies and standards
- Recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
Issue Resolution
- Handle operational challenges and escalate critical issues when required
- Ensure timely resolution of affiliate-related concerns
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Support & Training
- Provide operational guidance and support to affiliate staff
- Assist in onboarding and training related to operations
Planning & Reporting
- Support operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting
- Submit periodic reports with insights and recommendations to management
