Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Google Workspace services for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 support and escalate complex Google Workspace issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training for end-users.
- Monitor performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Enforce compliance and security policies with IT and security teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including provisioning and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migrations and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
