This is a contract Business Operations Associate role focused on Google Workspace administration and support.
The position supports reliable access to workplace collaboration tools for a distributed workforce.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Payout
- The stated payout is $119–$168 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet, for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Develop and deliver end-user training on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
