Role Overview
The role supports a client as a Business Specialist focused on Google Workspace on a contract basis.
The work involves optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, supporting collaboration, training end-users, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Location
- The position is remote and supports a distributed workforce.
Compensation
- The stated payout is $119-$168 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet accounts for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems.
- Develop and deliver end-user training on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on compliance and security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migrations and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
