The client is seeking a Business Specialist - Google Workspace to work on a contract basis.
The role optimizes Google Workspace tools, manages user accounts, and supports collaboration across teams.

Payout
- The stated payout is $119 - $168 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet accounts for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems.
- Develop and deliver end-user training on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams on compliance and security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migrations and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
