Role Overview
This is a remote contract role supporting a client as a Google Workspace business specialist.
The role optimizes Google Workspace tools, manages user accounts, and supports collaboration across distributed teams.
Payout
- The stated payout is $119 to $168 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet accounts for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and escalate complex Google Workspace issues as needed.
- Develop and deliver end-user training on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Work with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migrations and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
Work Arrangement
- The position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
