The role supports a distributed workforce by administering and optimizing Google Workspace collaboration tools.

Employment and Compensation
- The position is offered on a contract basis.
- The stated payout is $119–$168 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Manage and configure Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet accounts.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and escalate complex issues.
- Develop and deliver technical training for end-users.
- Monitor system performance and recommend workflow improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end-users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
