The contract role supports a client by optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts and enabling collaboration across teams.

Compensation
- The stated payout is $119 to $168 per hour.

- The role is remote and may be performed from anywhere.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and configure Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and Meet, for internal teams.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to end users on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize Google Workspace workflows.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies within Google Workspace.
Required skills and qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Workspace administration, including user provisioning and access management.
- Experience with Google Workspace migration projects and third-party integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Google Workspace applications and related systems.
- Ability to create and deliver technical training materials for end users.
- Knowledge of Google Workspace security features and data protection protocols.
