Role Overview
Support CIBC's Chief Security Office Shared Services Team in maturing Information Security governance and protecting the bank, clients, and employees.
Manage assigned services, compliance and reporting activities, event management, administrative governance, and process improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate CSO events, including scheduling, communications, venue booking, catering, annual calendar planning, and onsite support.
- Support governance and compliance implementations, reporting, engagement, and automation of procedures such as monthly attestations.
- Manage operational requests and maintain administrative policies and procedures.
- Review and coordinate documentation, onboarding and offboarding resources, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and independent testing.
- Identify process improvements that increase the productivity and efficiency of administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrate extensive direct experience working with senior leaders and managing schedules and calendars.
- Bring expertise in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience handling complex administrative tasks.
- Investigate complex problems, interpret information, and communicate detailed information effectively.
