Job Title: Business Operation Assistant (Corporate Services, Legal & Compliance) **Chinese Speaker**
About The Role
We are looking for a **detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Assistant** with experience in **corporate services, legal/compliance, and cross-border operations**.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a **fast-paced international environment** and has hands-on exposure to **multi-jurisdictional company structures, regulatory compliance, and financial coordination**.
You will work closely with **senior management, external advisors, and global service providers** to support day-to-day business operations.
Corporate Services
- Coordinate company formation, restructuring, and corporate secretarial matters across multiple jurisdictions
- Liaise with corporate service providers, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Maintain statutory records, KYC documents, UBO registers, and filings
- Support bank account opening and onboarding with payment providers
Legal & Compliance
- Assist with AML/KYC processes and internal compliance procedures
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters
- Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation
- Review and manage NDAs, agreements, and internal documentation
Financial & Cross-Border Support
- Assist with cross-border transactions and group company structures
- Coordinate with tax advisors on international tax, VAT, and compliance matters
- Prepare documentation for audits, tax filings, and regulatory reviews
- Track invoices, professional fees, and intercompany transactions
Administrative Support
- Provide executive support to senior management
- Organize meetings, prepare reports, and follow up on key actions
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in corporate services, legal/compliance, or professional services
- Strong understanding of **cross-border corporate structures and compliance**
- Knowledge of **AML/KYC, corporate governance, and regulatory filings**
- Basic understanding of **international tax, VAT, and financial reporting** is an advantage
- Experience working with law firms, banks, or corporate service providers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- **Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)**
- Nice to Have
- Experience with offshore or international structures
- Exposure to regulated industries (fintech, financial services, etc.)
- Additional language skills

Location: Dubai, UAE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications
