Role overview
Serve as a core member of the Returns and CoBW team for India and emerging markets.
Act as a liaison between the Returns business and technical teams.
Provide actionable insights into current performance and future improvements or innovations.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze and visualize data to generate insights and recommendations.
- Present recommendations to business leaders and help drive decisions.
- Manage implementation of recommendations.
- Develop metrics and dashboards supporting business and product growth.
- Drive insights for new product innovations.
- Automate key business metrics.
- Gather, manipulate, synthesize, and model data for investigations and reporting.
Basic qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, or similar technologies.
- Experience with Tableau, QuickSight, or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, or Matlab.
- Experience using SQL to retrieve data from a database or data warehouse.
- Python scripting experience for data processing and modeling.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
- Experience in data mining, ETL, and business databases containing large-scale complex datasets.
