Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Leadership**
- : Lead and reorganize a cross-functional BI team to support core business lines, including product, operation, and key business functions.
- **Trading Intelligence**
- : Oversee comprehensive analytics for perpetual & future contracts, options, and structured products.
- **Decision Support**
- : Collaborate directly with C-level executives (CMO/CFO) to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and growth initiatives.
- **Performance Framework**
- : Design and implement OKR frameworks, key metric systems, and dashboards to monitor business progress, profitability, and market share.
- **Liquidity Optimization**
- : Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance exchange liquidity, market depth, and trading efficiency.
- **Institutional Services**
- : Develop management frameworks and data toolkits for institutional clients to enhance ROI and revenue improvement.
- **Market Insight**
- : Conduct deep-dive fluctuation attribution analysis and competitor monitoring to identify emerging market trends.
Job Requirements
- **Professional Experience**
- : Extensive experience in Business Intelligence and Decision Support within the fintech or crypto exchange industry.
- **Domain Expertise**
- : Deep knowledge in Institutional Analytics, Liquidity Operations, Derivative Trading, and RWA/Custody business scenarios.
- **Leadership Capability**
- : Proven track record of leading BI teams (up to 15 members) and driving company-level strategic data transformations.
- **Technical Skills**
- : Expert in SQL (Hive/ODPS), Python, and BI reporting tools such as Deepinsight, Tableau, or Datawind.
- **Communication & Influence**
- : Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence management decisions through data abstraction and professional data analysis.
- **Language Proficiency**
- : Fluent in English and Mandarin for cross-team and global business communication.
- **Educational Background**
- : Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (Financial Service focus preferred).
- **Language：Speaking Chinese is highly preferred.**
