- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and MicroStrategy
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, scorecards, and management information solutions
- Translate business requirements into scalable, user friendly BI solutions
- Develop and maintain semantic layers, datasets, dimensions, metrics, and reporting structures
- Design and maintain enterprise data models to support BI and reporting requirements
- Develop dimensional models, including star and snowflake schemas
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting platforms
- Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to support data integration and reporting initiatives
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting and information requirements
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and post implementation support
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence development
- Proficiency in Power BI and MicroStrategy
- Experience in data modeling, including star and snowflake schemas
- Strong understanding of BI governance and performance standards
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non technical audiences

Business Intelligence Development
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and MicroStrategy.

- Ensure BI solutions meet performance, usability, and governance standards.
Data Modelling & Reporting Architecture
- Design and maintain enterprise data models to support Business Intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Develop dimensional models, including star and snowflake schemas.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across reporting platforms.
- Work closely with data engineering and technology teams to support data integration and reporting initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and BI standards.
Requirements Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand reporting and information requirements.
- Analyse business needs and recommend appropriate BI solutions.
- Convert complex requirements into practical and sustainable reporting solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing, deployment activities, and post implementation support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting capabilities and improve user experience.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical audiences.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Provide guidance and support to users in the adoption of Business Intelligence solutions.
