Role Summary

Support the technical delivery and day-to-day operation of Lonza's Business Intelligence platforms.

Focus primarily on Commercial, Sales, and Marketing use cases across the full BI lifecycle.

Help ensure BI products are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

What You Will Do

Support delivery and evolution of BI products as an active member of the Omni BI project team.
Gather business requirements and scope solutions with a strong focus on end users.
Develop ETL processes and manage data integration and pipelines.
Design and deliver user-centric reports and dashboards with storytelling and usability principles.
Generate analytics and insights to support commercial decision-making.
Improve data quality, availability, and traceability.
Provide operational BI support through monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
Contribute to data governance through standards, metadata management, and access controls.
Identify BI, analytics, and automation opportunities, primarily within Marketing.
Develop proofs of concept and continuously improve tools and processes.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Data, Information Technology, Digital, or a related field.
Entry-level experience, defined as 0–4 years, in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
Strong BI and data skills in database-driven environments.
Hands-on ETL experience with tools such as SnapLogic, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
Awareness of data governance concepts, including quality, lineage, and controlled access.
Experience designing reports and dashboards with Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Spotfire, Looker, or an equivalent tool.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks, Docker, or CI/CD practices is advantageous.
