Business Intelligence Associate

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.

5 years of overall experience and 3+ years of Data analytics, Data Visualization and hands-on Data Manipulation using SQL and Excel.

Advanced SQL expertise, including writing and optimizing queries to gather and process large-scale datasets from Snowflake or similar cloud databases.

Hands-on experience with data manipulation, lookup functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and data validation tools to handle large volumes of reporting data.

Proven experience designing and building user-friendly Power BI reports, including DAX query creation, data modeling, and performance optimization.

Basic proficiency in Python for data analysis and task automation, combined with a core understanding of data engineering practices to align with technical partners.

Working experience interacting, engaging, and transforming Salesforce CRM data objects such as Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities.

Prior experience in US Healthcare or B2B commercial marketing/sales organizations.

Familiarity with marketing funnel metrics across prospect lifecycle journey

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and standard campaign performance metrics.
