- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to understand processes and KPIs, lead requirements sessions, and translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Build and maintain Power BI solutions including reports, dashboards, wireframes, semantic models, and advanced DAX within Microsoft Fabric
- Break down complex requests, investigate data discrepancies, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive automation and process improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a BI or analytics role
- Strong hands on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and DAX
- Experience with row level security, column level filtering, role based access controls, and data masking/anonymization

Key Responsibilities

- Break down complex requests, investigate data discrepancies, ensure reporting accuracy, and drive automation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a BI or analytics role
- Strong hands on experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and DAX
- Experience with row level security, column level filtering, role based access controls, and data masking/anonymization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Knowledge of (or willingness to learn) data architecture, ETL, and data engineering using Python/PySpark
- Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer or Power BI certification
- Familiarity with ERP data
Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 85,000 CAD 100,000, plus a 10% bonus
Workplace
- This role is based in the Richmond office 4 days per week
