Business Growth & Revenue Leadership

  • Develop and execute the UAE market expansion strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Own and achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets for the region.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across SMB, Mid Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to drive predictable revenue growth.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead end to end sales activities, including prospecting, client acquisition, negotiations, and account expansion.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high performing sales team.
  • Establish sales processes, forecasting mechanisms, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize go to market strategies.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, channel partners, technology partners, and industry associations.
  • Identify strategic alliances that accelerate market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Represent DoubleTick at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Customer Success & Market Development

  • Work closely with customer success teams to ensure high customer retention and expansion.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to influence product strategy.
  • Drive brand awareness and position DoubleTick as a market leader in business messaging and customer engagement solutions.

Operational Leadership

  • Manage regional business operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare business plans, forecasts, and regular performance reports for leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or general management roles.
  • Minimum 3+ years in a leadership position managing revenue targets and sales teams.
  • Proven experience selling SaaS, CRM, MarTech, CPaaS, customer engagement, or communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling business operations within the UAE market.
  • Strong network within the UAE business ecosystem.
  • Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing enterprise and mid market sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership, team building, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in WhatsApp Business, customer engagement, automation, CRM, or messaging technology platforms.
  • Exposure to GCC markets beyond UAE.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
