About the Role
- We’re seeking an experienced and results driven Business Excellence Manager to join our organization.
- In this role, you will lead business improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and support strategic transformation projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business excellence frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement and organizational performance initiatives.

- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, EFQM, PMP, or related business improvement qualifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with performance management systems, data analytics, and operational frameworks is an advantage.
