Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business excellence frameworks, policies, and best practices
- Lead continuous improvement and organizational performance initiatives
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
- Drive process standardization, optimization, and business transformation projects
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support strategic business objectives
- Prepare performance reports and present recommendations to senior leadership
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in business excellence, operations management, process improvement, or business transformation roles
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision making abilities
- Strong project management and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

About the Role
- We’re seeking an experienced and results driven Business Excellence Manager to join our organization.
- In this role, you will lead business improvement initiatives, drive operational excellence, and support strategic transformation projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business excellence frameworks, policies, and best practices.
- Lead continuous improvement and organizational performance initiatives.

- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, EFQM, PMP, or related business improvement qualifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with performance management systems, data analytics, and operational frameworks is an advantage.
