- Good communication skills in English
- Comfortable working in a factory environment and coordinating with different departments
- Exposure through internships, projects, or practical work in manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, planning, or operations is an advantage
- Basic understanding of KPI tracking, root cause analysis, process mapping, SOPs, Lean tools, and implementation follow-up is preferred
- Good attitude, discipline, ownership, and willingness to learn and support implementation work on the ground
