Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and follow ups
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Generate and qualify leads to support business growth
- Convert leads into business opportunities and contribute to monthly sales targets
- Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Engagement, Tele Sales, or a related role
- Prior experience working with an Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Business Setup, or Corporate Services company in the UAE is highly preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Experience in preparing and sharing proposals with prospective clients
- Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment
- Self motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving business growth

- We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
- We're seeking a professional with a strong background in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, Client Engagement, and Lead Generation, ideally within the Accounting, Auditing, Tax, or Business Setup industry in the UAE.
