Business Development Specialist

  • AMCA is a leading Auditing, Accounting, Tax, and Business Consultancy firm in Dubai.
  • We are looking for a motivated and results driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team.
  • We're seeking a professional with a strong background in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, Client Engagement, and Lead Generation, ideally within the Accounting, Auditing, Tax, or Business Setup industry in the UAE.

Location and Experience

  • Location: JLT, DMCC – Dubai
  • Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
  • Employment Type: Full time

Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Engagement, Tele Sales, or a related role.
  • Prior experience working with an Accounting, Auditing, Tax, Business Setup, or Corporate Services company in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Experience in preparing and sharing proposals with prospective clients.
  • Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment.
  • Self motivated, proactive, and focused on achieving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and follow ups.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
  • Generate and qualify leads to support business growth.
  • Convert leads into business opportunities and contribute to monthly sales targets.
  • Prepare and share proposals with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team revenue targets.
