New Business Sales Specialist
The Sales Specialist will drive new business growth for our Foam-in-Place (FIP) product line across the South Central Territory by identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities. Working closely with distributors, end users, field sales teams, and product management, this role will focus on expanding market share and building a strong pipeline of new customers throughout the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and develop new Foam-in-Place business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct prospecting activities through phone outreach, email campaigns, networking, and in-person customer visits.
- Build relationships with distributors, channel partners, and end users to generate qualified opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate closely with field sales representatives, product management, and sales leadership to advance opportunities and secure new business.
- Leverage market intelligence and territory data to identify high-potential prospects.
- Support national and regional growth initiatives focused on expanding Foam-in-Place market penetration.
