About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new private labelling customers, including niche brands and entrepreneurs
- Build sales pipeline via outreach, networking, and trade shows
- Present private label capabilities and fragrance oil portfolio; negotiate pricing, MOQs, contracts
- Advise clients on fragrance selection using knowledge of concentrations and raw materials
- Liaise between clients and internal teams (R&D, Production, Packaging, QC, Logistics)
- Manage client expectations and resolve delivery bottlenecks
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports/forecasts
Requirements
- 2 4 years B2B sales/BD experience in fragrance or cosmetics
- Experience with niche perfume brands and private label client acquisition
- Valid UAE experience mandatory
- Strong negotiation, communication, and cross departmental coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent English; Arabic a plus

Requirements
- 2–4 years B2B sales/BD experience in fragrance, cosmetics
- Experience with niche perfume brands and private label client acquisition
- Valid UAE experience mandatory
- Strong negotiation, communication, cross departmental coordination skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; fluent English (Arabic a plus)
Compensation
- Pay: AED5,000.00 AED7,000.00 per month
