- This is a hybrid role with time spent in the downtown Toronto office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular outreach and respond to prospects to connect them with an Account Executive or Director.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and engage with inbound leads.
- Track sales activities and workflow in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Report key metrics and help develop business development strategies with the team.
- Contribute to marketing tests, sales process improvements, data analysis, and product roadmap discussions.
Skills and Experience
- The role seeks an energetic and enthusiastic sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Candidates should be comfortable speaking with prospects and customers and handling difficult conversations.
- Candidates should use active listening and a values-first or good-fit sales approach.
- Candidates should be tenacious, results-driven, strategic, and analytical.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial.
- Healthcare industry experience, including post-secondary education, is beneficial.
