First Response to Inbound Leads – 30%
· Be hyper-responsive to inbound leads generated through the website, social media or advertising
· Qualify prospects to see if we’re a good fit and if they’re ready to take the next step in the sales process
· Manage and nurture leads until they are ready to be connected with an AE
Outbound Lead Generation – 30%
· Research and identify potential customers
· Connect with prospects by cold calling or cold emailing
· Nurture leads and build rapport by offering insights and resources that support them during their buying journey
Strategy and Growth – 30%
· Write and adapt email scripts and sequences
· Brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our target market
· Keep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target market
· Spend time with the AE to learn and improve selling techniques
CRM Maintenance – 10%
· Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads
Compensation
- - $50,000-$55,000 base salary, with a $70,000 OTE, uncapped based on leads generated, converted and sold. - 3 weeks vacation to start - Mac + required accessories to setup your workspace - Access to industry leading selling tools, such as Apollo, Avoma, Leadfeeder, and AI prospecting - Dedicated onboarding plan that focuses on real training and results
