Role Overview
Drive adoption and growth of Amazon Key among multi-family apartments and gated communities.
Expand the product footprint within existing verticals and identify opportunities in new use cases.
Amazon Key provides secure, keyless access for package deliveries, home services, and other supported installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of multi-family owner-operators, property managers, and other large organizations.
- Understand customer delivery and access control needs and position Amazon Key as a premier solution.
- Architect solutions tailored to customer requirements and integrate them with existing systems and processes.
- Drive the sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and installation.
- Act as the primary customer contact and strategic advisor while providing client service and support.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand Amazon Key's footprint.
- Partner with internal Operations, Marketing, and Program Management teams to improve customer experience and scale delivery.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.
