Role overview
ACI Worldwide is hiring a Business Development Representative in Dubai to support regional revenue growth.
The role identifies, researches, qualifies, and develops new business opportunities for regional sales teams.
The role converts campaign, event, account-based marketing, and outbound activity into qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities.
Prospecting and pipeline development
- Research target accounts, contacts, buying groups, and market triggers.
- Execute outbound prospecting through email, phone, LinkedIn, and approved channels.
- Follow up on campaign, webinar, event, executive forum, and account-based marketing leads.
- Qualify interest and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leader.
- Support account mapping by identifying decision makers, influencers, business units, and contact gaps.
Campaign and sales support
- Partner with field marketing on post-campaign and post-event follow-up.
- Provide feedback on messaging, account engagement, lead quality, and prospect objections.
- Align prospecting with territory plans, named accounts, and pipeline priorities.
