As a Content Marketing Specialist in the UK, you will join a diverse, passionate team, dedicated to powering the world’s payments ecosystem!

This purpose of this Content Marketing specialist is:

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our content strategy to life through high-quality writing, editing and content production.

You will create compelling content across a variety of formats and channels, supporting thought leadership, marketing campaigns and customer communications.

In addition, you will help coordinate content initiatives, manage editorial planning and content workflows, and ensure projects move efficiently from concept to publication.

You will identify opportunities to maximize the reach and impact of content through repurposing, optimization and AI-enabled content creation.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for creating content that drives engagement and business results.

They should be comfortable working across a range of content formats, including written, audio, video and digital experiences, and confident using AI tools as part of a modern content creation workflow.

A typical day at ACI for a [insert requisition title] is:

• Create and edit high-quality content across thought leadership, marketing campaigns, newsletters, events and digital channels.
• Develop engaging copy tailored to different audiences, objectives and stages of the customer journey.
• Support the creation and promotion of content across multiple formats, including articles, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, video and event content.
• Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels to maximize reach, engagement and value.
• Support the planning, coordination and execution of content programs and initiatives.
• Help manage editorial calendars, content schedules and production workflows.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of content assets, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Develop messaging and copy for customer-facing marketing materials and experiences.

Optimize content for search and AI-driven discovery where appropriate.

• Use AI tools to support content creation, editing, research and optimization.
• Monitor content performance and contribute ideas to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed to succeed in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, communications, journalism or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
• Experience creating B2B content, preferably within technology, software, payments or fintech.
• Experience working across multiple content formats, including written, digital, audio and video-based content.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of SEO, AI-driven search and content performance measurement
• Experience using AI tools to support content creation and production workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Creative, curious and eager to learn.
