- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious recruitment targets for blue collar roles, focusing on market penetration and client acquisition.
- Understand the unique staffing needs of diverse industries like construction, manufacturing, and logistics, translating client requirements into effective recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate and close service agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and setting clear expectations for staffing services.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless handover of client requirements and effective candidate sourcing for blue collar positions.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, seeking opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, specifically within the recruitment or manpower services sector.
