- Work closely with management to achieve operational and business growth objectives
- Identify process improvements and implement efficient solutions

Requirements
- UAE Freight Forwarding: 2 3 years of experience is mandatory
- Confident and well spoken for client calls, meetings, and negotiations
- Strong understanding of freight operations, documentation, and shipment coordination
- Ability to develop new business opportunities and build client relationships
- Leadership mindset with good decision making skills
- Ability to create processes, improve efficiency, and build structured systems
- Utilize AI tools and technology to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity

Requirements

Probation and Contract
