Business Development Officer - HR Outsourcing for IT & Telecom Sector

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the **IT and Telecom sectors** within Qatar.
• Promote our HR Outsourcing solutions including manpower supply and end-to-end HR services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, Procurement Heads, and C-level executives) in Qatar.
• Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Qatar’s IT & Telecom industry.
• Work closely with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings in Qatar.

Requirements

• Minimum **3–5 years** of proven experience in **Business Development / Sales** in HR Outsourcing, Manpower Supply, Recruitment, or Staffing services.
• Strong existing network and deep understanding of the **IT and Telecom sectors in Qatar** is a big advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both English and Arabic preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
• **Valid Qatar driving license** with own car is preferred.
• Highly motivated, professional, and target-oriented individual.
