Business Development Officer

Core Requirements

• Three to five years of proven business development experience in the services sector, preferably in digital marketing or web solutions.
• A demonstrated track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Strong understanding of Qatar market dynamics and the local business environment.
• An established network within Qatar’s SME and corporate sectors.
• Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
• Strong proposal development, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Role Responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into paying clients aligned with NDT’s minimum deal values.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and requirements analysis through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support recurring revenue.
• Work with internal teams to ensure clear scope definition and aligned client expectations.
• Maintain pipeline discipline using CRM and follow a structured sales process.

Additional Requirements

• Experience selling digital marketing, website, or branding services.
• Clear understanding of SME challenges and decision-making behavior in Qatar.
• Valid Qatari driving license is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is QAR 5,000 per month.
