Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth in Qatar, with a focus on B2B business development in the service sector.
The role is primarily focused on new business generation and client acquisition.
Core requirements
- At least 10 years of proven B2B business development experience, preferably in services, digital, technology, IT, consulting, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and build a professional network among SMEs and corporate businesses in Qatar.
- Strong understanding of the Qatar business environment and B2B decision-making processes.
- Ability to independently identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities.
- Experience selling services or solutions and a strong commercial focus on revenue growth.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- A valid Qatari driving license is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads and build a B2B sales pipeline through networking, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
- Build relationships with business owners, senior management, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable services and solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate sales-to-delivery handovers.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 3,410.45 to QAR 16,448.60 per month.

- The work location is in person.
