Job Overview
- Our Construction & Real Estate client is looking for a highly motivated, innovative business development professional.
- The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of building relationships in construction/real estate with a proven track record.
- Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE. Salary: AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Create and expand the company's footprint and build positive top of mind awareness.
- Attend industry events and other meetings to stay abreast of market conditions and competition.
- Provide ongoing progress updates on new business development activities and key indicators to the Senior management team.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Business Development/Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the construction/real estate industries.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
- Market research experience.
- You have a proven ability to work independently.
- A proactive self starter who can operate individually and as part of a team.
- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
